neon vases
hier so rumsitzend habe ich neulich meine 3 kleinen vasen dazu verdonnert, ein bisschen stylischer zu sein. weiß ist keine option mehr in unserem haushalt. farbe muss her und wenns nur ein bisschen ist. since i’m not really doing anything these days i’ve painted 3 little white vases to add a hint of color to our home.
im baumarkt gabs diese 3 entzückenden tuben acryl farbe in den farben mint, cyan und türkis. at home depot i’ve bought 3 tubes of acrylic paint. mint, cyan and turquoise.
mit einem stück washi tape habe ich die vasen abgeklebt. made a mark with washi tape.
angemalt. painted them.
trocknen lassen und mit bunten blumen gefüllt. let it dry and filled up with lovely roses.
auch wenns nur ein kleiner farbtupfer ist, aber im trio sehen die väschen ganz schick aus. außerdem war die aktion ziemlich kostengünstig. die vasen sind von ikea (1,50 € das stück wenn ich mich recht erinnere) und die farbe war 2 € das stück und hält noch 10 jahre.
a very low budget project. the vases came from ikea and were 1,50 € a piece and the paint was 2 € a tube but will last another 10 years. i love how the trio looks together!

Ha, zu Hause warten auch noch 3 solcher Vasen und Neon gelbe Acrylfarbe auf mich. Muss ich morgen mal machen … ;)

Zum Glück hat der Baumarkt noch bis 8 auf… ich hätte da auch noch so ein paar aussortierte Vasen rumstehen und hatte bis eben *schock* noch kein DIY für den morgigen Feiertag geplant. Aber jetzt! Jippieh!
