This is a nice little project called “Day Zero Project” . It’s about achieving 101 personal goals within 1001 days.
They have to be specific and the result has to be measurable. I started my list May 9th, 2009.
1. Drink 10 cups of water every day for at least 3 months straight (update may 21st, 2010: i’m working on it and doing good)
2. Go to the dentist 3 times (3/3)
3. Go to the gym twice a week
4. Get a massage. actually got 6 in a row
5. Identify 50 things that make me happy (50/50)
6. Identify 50 things that I’m thankful for go check here. it’s been 500 already
7. Identify 50 things that I like about myself
8. Establish quality time meetings with friends once a month
9. Establish a romantic date for only us two once a month
10. Travel to Israel
11. Travel to Spain
12. Travel to Rome
13. Open Etsy shop Done November 22, 2010
14. Sell 10 things from Etsy shop yaay
15. Volunteer for charity Race for the Cure – September 27th, 2009
16. Donate blood
17. Send flowers to people I love just because

19. Read 100 books (60/100)
20. Go the movies once a month for 6 months
21. Get a new iMac done November 17th
22. Try something I swore I’d never eat Did it – ate mussels and now I know why I never wanted to eat them….
23. Go to a theme park

25. Take a Spanish or Portugese class
26. Organize my digital pictures on my computer
27. Get a SLR camera
28. Take random pictures of Frankfurt
29. Put aside 50 Euros a month for 6 month and then go shopping
30. Write 10 handwritten letters (10/10)
31. Take a walk on a beach did this in Portugal and Sardinia 2010
32. Take a walk in the rain without umbrella done June 7th, 2009
33. Do not buy anything for myself for a whole month
34. Go to the opera twice (1/2)

lou sagt: ciao cristina. ich muss sagen, ich habe meine zahnarztangst dieses jahr überwunden, weil meine neue ärztin wirklich toll ist. zum workout bin ich noch immer nicht gekommen :-) also keine panik! im befolgen von listen bin ich auch nicht die beste :-)
wow! you are doing so many things! I only have 12 goals for 2012, I think I would have to expand the list… it´s not a big challenge :( But I can help you with your spanish leson! maybe it would be one of my new goals: “help someone to achieve her goals” :D
