Quote of the week

Happy Friday to everyone. I hope you all had a nice week and accomplished everything on your to-do list. I didn’t get anything accomplished this week. I couldn’t even bother to have a peek on my list. I guess I think too much and I have the feeling all this thinking keeps me from actually getting shit done! Instead of doing what I want to get done I find a gazillion reasons why I can’t and it’s not that I do something else instead – no! NOTHING happens.

Though there ARE things that I actually did. They were not planned but anyway: I booked a trip to Sardinia. That alone should have put me in the best mood that should last until the trip actually starts. And I was really doing good in drinking more water. Still I’m not reaching my goal of 10 cups a day but I drink  7 or 8 glasses and that is totally fine. I didn’t notice any changes yet but I guess that’ll come sooner or later. Then I thought of a fun new weekly series that will be posted every Monday that I’m really looking forward to.

And last but not least I signed up for PIN IT FORWARD hosted by sweet Victoria of sfgirlbybay. She introduced me to PINTEREST which is a fantastic tool to create visual boards by bookmarking images you find online. I’ve been pinning down many things this week and it’s such a blast. I just love it. The theme of Victoria’s blogger mashup is “What home means to me!” My turn is June 10th and by doing my visual boards my idea of what it really means to me gets clearer every day.

Next week I will try to focus again on the things I really want to get done. Work on my shop products, start photographing them, start writing descriptions, try something out. Even if it’s just a little bit I really should kick me in the butt and move. I’ll have 5 free days that I shouldn’t waste.
