Brigitte Kreativ Blog Award – winter dekokranz

ich hatte das noch gar nicht erwähnt hier – für den monat november bin ich für den BRIGITTE KREATIV BLOG-AWARD nominiert. und seit heute morgen ist mein tutorial auch online und ihr könnt dafür voten. * i didn’t mentioned it yet but i am nominated for the BRIGITTE KREATIV BLOG-AWARD. brigitte is a huge german magazin for women so i’m extra excited about it! from today on you can vote for my tutorial on their site.

was habe ich gemacht? einen easy-peasy winter dekokranz der nun unser wohnzimmer schmückt. dabei ein bisschen den aktuellen neon trend aufgegriffen und mein rehlein darf natürlich auch nicht fehlen. * since i’m making a winter wreath every year for our home that’s the tutorial i want to show you. it’s so easy again and you can do one yourself too. it’s fun! 

man nehme einen ordinären styroporkranz, wolle seiner wahl (hier weiß, neon pink und türkis) und eine filzplatte. * you need a styrofoam wreath, woolen yarn of your choice and a bit of felt.

und dann wickelt und wickelt und wickelt man die wolle um den kranz. zuerst einmal die weiße wolle komplett rum, dann einen teil pink und einen teil türkis. das kann man machen wie man mag und lustig ist. man kann auch mehr farben nehmen, alles ist möglich! * first you wrap all yarn around the wreath. begin with the white yarn and cover the whole wreath, then use more colors for shorter areas. if you like it more colorful you can use 4 or 6 colors as well. be creative! 

dann schnibbelt man sich aus dem filz ein paar kreise. ich habe hier 4 kreise in je 2 verschiedenen größen. diese werden spiralförmig eingeschnitten. man dreht diese dann von der mitte aus in sich ineinander und pinnt sie mit einer stecknadel an den kranz. heißkleber würde das auch tun. * from the felt you have to cut out circles which you have to cut spirally. spin them inside out and glue or pin the roses onto the wreath.

und dann ist man auch schon fertig. bei mir wohnt ja noch das kleine rehlein im kranz und weil ich noch so viele kleine glöckchen hatte, sind die als girlande auch noch mit eingezogen. * that’s it! since i still had so many little silver bells left from last year i hung them inside the wreath to keep my little deer company.
